TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

TICKET BOOKING PROCESS
Tickets for films and other events presented by Leconfield Hall are booked online via this website. We do not accept telephone or in-person bookings at this time. For events at Leconfield Hall that are organised and promoted by a Third Party Hirer please refer to their publicity and booking information.

DELIVERY
We do not currently send or print tickets. All tickets are delivered via email.

Once purchased all tickets are non-refundable.

REFUNDS
Once purchased tickets are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be possible at the discretion of the Leconfield Hall and where tickets are available. Please email boxoffice@leconfieldhall.org.uk if you wish to exchange your ticket.

CANCELLATION
If a film or event that is organised by the Leconfield Hall is cancelled, due to Covid-related restrictions or for any other reason, then a full refund will be offered to all ticket holders. If an event that is taking place at the Hall but is being organised and promoted by a Third Party hirer is cancelled then ticket holders should contact the Third Party Hirer to discuss their refund policy.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
The Leconfield Hall’s tickets are not subject to export restrictions.

HEALTH & SAFETY
On admission to Leconfield Hall with your ticket you agree to follow instructions of our Front of House Team with regard to the health and safety of you and those around you.
